Vata Paper Limited was established in 1990 with an aim to provide absolute enterprise solutions in relation to superlative quality products. The company achieved tremendous success in the sincere guidance of venerable Mr. Vinay Aggarwal, the CEO of the company. The market leading position we attained is the result of the constant endeavor put up by the directors Mr. Anoop Aggarwal, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal and Mr. Ashutosh Aggarwal. We are prominently engaged in manufacturing of various paper stationary products such as paper notebook stationary, composition notebook, conference pad, writing notebook, stationary notebook, etc. We are one of the bona fide memory scrapbook manufacturers and suppliers in India.

We started as a small foundation in 1990 named Vata Paper Convertors. Initially we were named as Vata Papers Private Ltd, running the business of manufacturing exercise books and paper stationary. Today, ours is a limited company with registered office at Yamuna Nagar. With our steadfast effort we accomplished the goal to become the leading manufacturer and exporter of paper stationary products.

Infrastructure
We have advanced manufacturing unit in Haryana endowed with all the sophisticated machineries and equipments. This reveals from the fact that it have the good production capacity of 40000 to 50000 pieces standard quality paper stationary products per day. We check these machines on regular basis so that there is no compromise with the efficiency aspect. Infrastructural base we have consist 150 employees, manufacturing unit in broad area and advanced implements. The state-of-the-art technological machines installed in this manufacturing unit.

Production & Production Mechanism
The advanced machinery we are equipped with enables us to deliver products in bulk. We have the impeccable power supply from electricity board. In addition we have installed generators of 45 KVA and 10 KVA in our manufacturing unit. We follow the procedure of strategic planning to meet the orders on time. These procedures encompass:

• We maintain working schedule chart on each machine.
• We maintain hourly checking of product on machine at semi finish status.
• Working of staff is minutely noted to maintain the decorum of the unit.
• Morning and evening checking of all the working.
• Daily maintenances of raw, finished as well as stores.
• We are regularly maintaining power factor in our unit.
• We are also maintaining the batch nos. on our products.
• We have camera vision and announcing system in our unit to maintain the discipline in the unit.

We have a wide marketing network in domestic as well as international market. In national market we have with 10 distributors & 30 dealers in Haryana and 20 distributors & 60 dealers Punjab and many of the client’s in Chandigarh. We also have one super stockiest along with 100 dealer’s network with him in Himachal Pradesh. Now we are planning to market our products in Rajasthan, Uttaranchal, and Jammu & Kashmir too.

Future Plans
We serve many trade bodies in local, state as well as international level. We have close relationship with large end users and fellow traders due to our in-depth research oriented premium quality products. As we hold a good marketing network, we have entered in the arena of paper trading too. We have started importing paper from leading manufacturers from countries like China and Indonesia and planning to become the sole distributer of Indian paper manufacturers. We solicit various notebooks queries from banks, insurance companies, multinational companies, etc. across the world.
